How many clients can I run on Pro?
As many as fit in your accounts. Pro includes 10 social accounts across all your workspaces, and each extra account is $5 a month. 4 clients with 3 accounts each is 12 accounts, which comes to $39 a month.
Can my clients see each other's accounts?
No. People only see the workspaces they belong to. Invite a client to their own workspace and they never see your other clients.
Can a client sign off on posts before they go out?
Yes, on Business. Invite the client as an admin of their workspace, then send posts for approval. They approve them or send them back with notes. The 14-day trial includes approvals, so you can test the flow with a real client first.
Do I need my clients' passwords?
No. Most networks connect through their own login window. You sign in with a login that already has access, like an admin of the client's Facebook Page, and PublishBuddy never sees the password.
Can I keep each client's voice separate?
Yes. Make a Brand Kit for each client and assign it to their accounts. The AI writes in that voice whenever you work on those accounts.
