On Business, require approval for chosen people on chosen accounts. Their posts wait in For Approval, and the owner and admins get an email and an in-app notice.

Can my clients approve posts themselves?
Yes. Invite the client as an admin of their own workspace. They take one of its team member places but don't need a paid plan of their own. Send a post for approval, and the client approves it by scheduling it, or sends it back to drafts with a note. To make approval required for someone, you need Business.
Will one client ever see another client's accounts?
No. People only see the workspaces they belong to, and inside a workspace, admins and editors only see the accounts you give them.
Does my team need our clients' social media logins?
No. With the owner's connection, the default, your team's posts go out through the owner's login to each network. A team member can use their own connection instead if they run the account themselves.
How does pricing work as we add clients?
You pay for social accounts across all your workspaces, not per client. Business includes 20, and each extra account is $5 a month. 8 clients with 3 accounts each is 24 accounts, or $69 a month.
