IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 15. PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
  • If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.

5.3 Late Payments and Account Suspension

If payment fails or is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. License and Restrictions

PublishBuddy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes. However, you may not:
